The Study On The Integration Of Innovation Resources In Anhui

Innovation theory was first proposed by Schumpeter in1912. After a century of development and improvement, innovation theory has been constantly in-depth. Innovation resources are indispensable resources in social development. With the increasing degree of concern on innovation resources, integration of innovation resources has become the social focus. An in-depth study of integration of innovation resources of Anhui Province will benefit the development of enterprises, growth of industry and development of regional economy.From the perspective of innovation resources integration, this paper first described the overview of domestic and foreign resources for innovation, innovation resources integration theory. Based on the connotation and subject of innovation recourses integration, the paper concluded that integrating innovative resources relies on the mutual cooperation of enterprises, universities, research institutions and intermediary organizations, and further pointed out that the innovation resources integration mechanism is composed by the government mechanisms, market mechanisms and socio-cultural mechanisms. Second, by analyzing the mode of innovative integration of resources in Anhui Province, the paper pointed that this model is a research strategic alliance model, innovative platform for building model, regional integration mode, and high-tech industry development mode, and also got some successful experience of innovative integration of resources in Anhui Province by analyzing the integration of agricultural innovative resources, high-tech innovative resources and cultural innovative resources in Anhui. Again, through investigating innovative human, financial and material resources, and analyzing the current condition of innovative resources integration in Anhui Province, the paper revealed problems in integration of innovative resources in Anhui Province:the limited size and strength of the innovative integration of resources, the irrational structure of the integration of resources, and the low efficiency of the innovative integration of resources. Thus, it indicated that weaknesses in integration of innovative resources in Anhui Province are resulted from the lag in the high-tech industry development, deficiencies in the management and services, insufficient performance of intermediary service organizations, imbalance development of cities in Anhui Province, and so on. Finally, to achieve the integration of innovative resources in Anhui Province, we must increase the investment in high-tech industries, improve the sharing platform for innovative resource, and establish the research strategic alliances. What’s more, we should have the intermediary organizations to fully work in the innovative integration, integrate the innovative resources effectively, and realize the integration of domestic and foreign resources for innovation.
