E-commerce is one global activity which is under the open Internet environment and isbased on the browser and server.This kind of the trade activity is entirely completed betweenbyers and sellers who have never met before.And it also determines that credit has been a veryimportant role in the whole history of the E-commerce developmetn.E-commerce has imple-mented shopping online,paying online and all these business activities drived by it hasbrought huge economic driving force.This kind of business is totally depended on simplerules and electronic technology. Besides, no sufficient legal support and legal protection.Curr-ently,E-commerce especially C2C E-commerce development has entered into a peakstage.But the subsequ-ent business credit issues are becoming a significant issue which blockE-commerce develop-ment.Sloving credit crisis in E-commerce transactions and improvingcredit evaluation mech-anism has becoming an urgent issue which can ensure E-commercewas made to a significant development.E-commerce credit is very important to E-commerce development.These issues exist inE-commerce transaction of the asymmetry between sellers and buyers,fake description ofproducts and logistics problems are very prominent.In this way,dealing with E-commerce cre-dit risk is totally crucial.This dissertation has researched solutions of dealing with virtualE-commerce,dishonesty and network vunerabilities.According to solutions of facing E-comm-erce credit risks.This dissertation puts forward design principles of C2C E-commerce creditevaluation model.At present,all the famous E-commerce platforms in our country have their own creditevaluation system.But all these systems have a common shortcoming:credit calculation is justsimple score accumulation.High praise,middle review and bad review are separately correspo-nding to1,0and-1.This kind of credit evaluation platform can not radically guarantee thetransaction between buyers and sellers proceed honestly.Therfore,this dissertation has put for-ward to build realible,perfect and scientific reasonabel credit evaluation platform which candeal with or improve the exist issues of current using credit evaluation platforms.This dissertation through studing exist credit evaluation platforms, anslysis the issuesand the advantages of the systems itself, comprehensive all the factors to build new creditmodel.New model has totally consider various factors.Such as, transaction amount,tradingfrequency and buyer credit, etc.At last, simulate the new C2C E-commerce credit evaluationmodel calculation through Matlab simulation tool.Then analysis adVantages and performanceof new model.
