On this basis, from the financial and non financial two aspects to construct a suitable target for research on corporate social responsibility of the enterprise evaluation index system and model. To study the target enterprise LANHUA SCI-TECH VENTURE CO.,LTDan empirical analysis of corporate social responsibility, to reflect the collection of data, using the established evaluation model based on the enterprise nearly three years to fulfill the social responsibility of the enterprise are analyzed and compared.Through the analysis, we draw the conclusion:when an enterprise to fulfill the social responsibility of different aspects is not balanced, the performance of good, but it is possible to ignore the other aspect; enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities by economic influence. Finally, combining with the empirical research and the basic situation of our country, proposes the construction of corporate social responsibility information disclosure system establish and perfect enterprise society responsibility supervision mechanism feasibility opinion and proposal.
