Empirical Analysis On Coordinaitve Development Between Economy And Environment Of Jinjiang

The turbulent business environment presents a variety of chanllenges. many salesorganizations face fierce global competition in both home and international markets.Withthe reform and opening to the outside world, the economy has become a fast growth inChina, and the coastal areas of social economy are developing particularly prominent. Inrecent years, the Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone is gradually becoming the focusof the economy, it becomes strong power to the economic development in China. But itruns so fast that some cities over resources and some resources excessive consumption.With the cost of excessive consumption on resources, and destroying the environment,which is exact opposite to human ask that coordinative development of economy andenvironment and the harmonious life. In order to Chinese economy healthy and rapiddevelopment, for how to coordinate a relationship between economic development andgood environment in the coastal areas, it becomes an issue first to be resolved.For these qualities, this paper took the Jinjiang as an example for research, which islocated in Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone, one of the leaders in national economyall over the country. Constructed economic and environmental comprehensive evaluationsystem, with methods of qualitative and quantitative, according to the Grey relationconnection theory, this article systematically analyzed some coordination degrees ofvarious indexes during the process of the development. Then made evaluation on thecoordination development situation between economy and environment in Jinjiang, andanalyzed the influence factors.Main Research Contents:a. Referred to some related studies about economy and environment, did a researchon the present situation and problems, to determine the research contents and methods.b. It took the Jinjiang as an example for research. Did a research on the condition ofthe economy and the environment, and predicted its development tendency. Analyzed therelationships among economic development, the energy and environment quality.c. Scientific and reasonable to construct a target system that can reflect the situationsbetween economy and environment.d. According to the gray connection model, measured and calculated the coordinationcorrelation degrees between economic indicators and environmental indicators in Jinjiang.To build coordination degree evaluation model between economy and environment.e. On the basis of the model calculated results, analyzed the coordination degreebetween economy and environment in the city, and went into the reasons.f. Put forward the policy of suggestions on coordinate development between theeconomy and environment in Jinjiang.Main Conclusion:a. From2005to2009, in Jinjiang, the development tendency of coordination degree between economy and environment, pour “U” trend in, it showed that both increasinglyharmonious developments.b. In2006, it was a turning point of coordination degree between economy andenvironment, during2005to2006in Jinjiang. After that, the various index sign of economyand environment is harmonious.c. It showed that the Industrial emissions of pollutants had most negative effects onthe harmonious degree in the city. Obviously, it will be the key to improve the coordinatedgrowth of economy and environment.The economic and environmental sustainable development path:Economic aspect: a. Exert the function of government, and promote healthydevelopment of economic entities. b. Adjust the industrial structure, change the pattern ofeconomic growth. c. Technological progress, adjust the energy structure. d. Establishincentive mechanism, generate economic development intrinsic motivation.Environmental: a. Strengthen the government responsibility, to strengthen thegovernment’s environmental supervision. b. Increase society propaganda onenvironmental protection, build our green home. c. Promote continuously the energysaving and emission reduction for enterprise during every production process, and take anew road to industrialization. d. Advocate personal low carbon life and green consumptionconception.
