Based on the modern theory of employee training and the analysis of the training management system framework, the basic theory and methods, we analyze a more common problem of large power enterprises in the process of staff training from the theoretical point of the training management system. Based on the power industry, departure from its own characteristics of the industry to discuss the goals and principles of employee training.HaiQing, the power company, for example, we briefly describe the status of the company’s staff training management system and staff education, job title distribution. By analyzing the status of the company’s staff training management system, under the guidance of the theory, we summed up the successful experiences and the problems. Combined with the actual situation of the company, we analyze the content framework and the organizational framework of the existing training management system, on this base we develop appropriate training programs. We compare various aspects of the training management process in the actual situation of the company, and point out the existing problems in the training process. To solve these problems, we focus on to supplying a systematic staff training and specific improvements. Using the framework of the management system, combined with characteristics of enterprises where the electric power industry, we can effectively improve the skills of staff to speed up the accumulation of knowledge and technology, thus can contribute to create a good corporate culture and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
