More than10years Baoji has leapt to thecity of Shaanxi province city foreign trade first, foreign trade enterprises, cross-border capital flows,foreign trade forehead indicators at the forefront of Shaanxi Province, foreign trade export credit,its contribution is obvious day by day.In this paper, based on the Baoji economy development practice, to promote the economicdevelopment of underdeveloped regions in Western China, the export of foreign trade in Baoji asthe research object, from the Baoji city of cross-border capital flow scale of cross-border capitalflows, analysis of the Baoji constitution, summed up the Baoji trade in goods under the capital flowof the largest proportion; Through the Baoji foreign trade export product structure and exportdependence analysis, description of export trade to promote the economic development of Baoji;Baoji titanium industry cluster advantages, the equipment manufacturing industry development aswell as the re-export trade development and reason analysis of Baoji foreign trade and exports,with potential for development; Combined with Baoji business case that Baoji foreign trade exportproblems, and tackle the problem of enterprise and industry offerred specific policy proposal.
