The Study On The Effects Of China's Export Conducted By The Cross-border RMB Business

It has been over six years since cross-border RMB business started. As a crucial part of RMB's internationalization, it is substantial to help RMB to become pricing currency, currency of settlement and reserve currency in the international monetary market. Besides, the sale of export trade, the competitive ability of the export commodities and export structure would also benefitted by the cross-border RMB business. As we all know, pricing products by RMB and settled by RMB will benefit domestic enterprises besides government, enterprises aboard and financial institution. Therefore, the export will be impacted by cross-border RMB business. To analyze the impact more specifically, these three effects have been studied by qualitative and quantitative analysis after studies on cross-border RMB business and the situation of export in China respectively. Specifically, the amount of export trade represents its scale in this paper, the index of export competition is on the behalf of its competitive ability. As a result, the conclusion have been drawn that the scale of Chinese export trade has been enlarged because of cross-border business, positive relationship between the competitive ability of the export commodities has been proved. Besides these, there are many limitations on cross-border business. Therefore, we provide some policy suggestion at there points of view:enterprises; financial institution and government.
