The Industry Planning And Implementation Of Ecological Bamboo Shoots Suichang County, Zhejiang Province

Mountain area is stress and difficulty during new countryside construction. With the advantage in the mountains, hoping in the forest, ecological construction of mountain area is very important. So eco-industrial development of mountain area is not only the actions to increasingly severe ecological problems, but also the important carrier for new countryside construction of mountain area.Bamboo shoots are an important resource of farmers’income in Suichang county, Zhejiang province. Development of bamboo shoots industry is related to benefit of business entities directly and the ecology conditions of mountain downstream area specially. Going hand in hand of social benefit, ecological benefit and economic benefit is the ultimate goal of the grown of bamboo shoots industry. Taking Ankou township, Suichang county as the case, the purpose is development of whole ecological bamboo shoots industry is driven by development of cultural park radiation zone through developing SWOT analysis and laying down cultural park developmental project of ecological bamboo shoots industry. Besides, associated recommendation for further developing ecological bamboo shoots industry will be raised by analyzing the social benefit, ecological benefit and economic benefit brought from development of ecological bamboo shoots industry.The implement main case of ecological bamboo shoots industry is Shicang Agricultural Products Cooperative. Direct influence resulted from construction of Ecological Bamboo Shoots Cultural Zone is analyzed on the basis of panel date of operating conditions from cooperation investigation and income statistics from annual bulletin of Suichang County. This study shows that ecological bamboo shoots industry construction have a positive influence on income of agro-forestry and improvement of management technology in mountains area, without an obvious result during short period. Production efficiency of project execution and resource usage can be maximized only constant revise is performed to project during practice stage, as protection of ecological environment during industrial development is prerequisite for sustainable development.
