At present,China's urbanization has entered the stage of rapid development in the medium term.A large number of resources are concentrated in cities and the demand for land is increasing. In this process, the pace of urban construction is accelerating, and a large number of agricultural land is replaced by construction land, which poses a serious threat to food production security and ecological security. At the same time, there are some problems such as unreasonable spatial layout and low utilization efficiency in the city, which lead to the insufficient quantity of available land resources and the emergence of a large number of urban management problems.Under the pressure of economic transformation,it is of great significance for China's sustainable economic development to change the original land use mode, effectively combine urban development with intensive use of resources, and give full play to the comprehensive value of material resources.Land is the basic material carrier for the production and development of all industries.Industrial structure will affect land resources in the use, output efficiency and spatial distribution, thus affecting the efficiency of resource utilization and allocation of social production. In order to meet the development requirements of the new era,the economic development model and regional industrial structure must be adjusted appropriately. The excessive extensive and unreasonable mode of production must be abandoned in order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of material materials. Therefore, the relationship between land use and industrial structure should be studied in order to improve the efficiency of resource integration and utilization, and actively enhance the coordination of various systems within the city. This paper takes the Triangle of Central China as the research object, and combines the previous research methods to construct the evaluation index system of this intensive process. The concept of industrial structure is decomposed into two indicators: industrial structure upgrading and industrial structure rationalization. The coordinated development level of industrial structure and land intensive use in the region from 2006 to 2016 is calculated by means of coordinated development model. Finally, through the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting coordination, screening out four variables, and using the geographic weighted regression model to analyze the spatial change characteristics of the factors,so as to provide decision-making reference for future development and promote the coordination of urban land intensive utilization and industrial structure.Research shows:(1)From a time point of view, the overall coordination level of land intensive use and industrial structure of the cities has been gradually improved, but there are still some gaps in the development of different levels of industry and synchronous development has not yet been achieved. The coordination degree between industrial structure upgrading and intensive land use has reached a moderate and high level. The average change range is relatively gentle, and the overall level has been significantly improved in the research timerange. The degree of coordination between rationalization and intensive land use is basically at a moderate level. The whole process of change is unstable and volatile.(2)From the spatial point of view, the distribution characteristics of Wuhan and Changsha evolving gradually from the center to the periphery are formed, but the spatial agglomeration and radiation effects are not obvious. The coordination and driving capacity between cities is limited.(3)Finally,using the geographic weighted regression model to measure the effect of four factors on the level of coordinated development. There are obvious spatial differences in the level of influence of each factor, and totally opposite results of the same factor on different levels of industrial structure indicators. The level of economic development and science and technology have a greater impact on coordination, while the level of opening-up and land policy have a relatively small impact. At the same time, the level of economic development and land policy have a completely different impact on the level of industrial structure upgrading, rationalization and land intensive use coordinated development. The level of economic development and science and technology have a greater impact on coordination, while the level of opening-up and land policy have a relatively small impact. At the same time, the level of economic development and land policy have a completely different impact on the level of coordinated development.(4)Finally,aiming at the problems of urban construction found in the study, this paper combines the research results with the actual situation, and puts forward suggestions for future development from various perspectives.
