Study On The Enterprise Social Work To The Intervention Of Employee Emotion Management

Social work in enterprise is a continuation of the social work in the field of enterprise, to help employees to strengthen cognition and improve the management capacity of emotion plays an important role. Especially the modern enterprise is fulfilled with variety of negative emotions such as anxiety, frustration, boredom which effects the operation even the development and existence of enterprise. Enterprises must get social workers' assistance when they manage to improve the management of employees' emotion.With this background, the study takes in employees C enterprise the research object, under the guidance ofREBT(Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) and society ecosystems theory, associate group work with questionnaire way, make a empirical study about the social work in enterprise approach in employees' emotion management services research. It has proved the importance and necessity that the social work in enterprise approach in employees' emotion management, but there is a problem about the enterprise social worker role predicament in the process of implementation. Therefore, in the comprehensive evaluation based on the study, emphatically discusses enterprise social work in step in the development direction of emotion management services staff, and put forward reasonable suggestions from three aspects above the enterprise internal, enterprise purchasing service, training social workers.There is little literature about enterprise social work intervention for employees' emotion management services, at the same time, this study also has a lot of shortage combined with the specific differences in national conditions, for enterprise social worker involved in employee's career service mode without in-depth discussion, also is it the prospects for future research.
