Nowadays, the system of labor division has changed a lot, overseas expansion become an important way that a country Survive in new international economic environment. Chinese economic development support companies:first, the trade surplus over the years provides huge material basis for Chinese enterprises overseas expansion; second, Chinese government published a lot of encouragement policies in order to implement the strategy of "going out" better; third, Many enterprises in society open a lot of business for overseas expansion.From the first world economic crisis, the frequency of outbreak of developed countries has been being increased. It regularly showed many common grounds, which have provided a lot of opportunities for the development of our country enterprises in developed countries.This paper mainly studies from the investment of the high-tech enterprises of developed countries and the obtaining high-paying technology from developed countries. At last, I put forward my own views about enterprises. I think if the Chinese enterprises want to invest overseas, the first thing they must do is to recognize the all kinds of risk and the bear ability of the investment danger. And at the same time they must know clearly the enterprises’ developing condition and the risk tolerance. In the condition of the continuous developing of the world economy, enterprises must continuously adjust business decisions in order to adapt to the new world situation. As for the controlling of the economic risk, the enterprises should focus not only on the accordance between their own development and macro economy, but also on risk that cause by the inconsistency between the unique custom culture of the invested countries and the own habits of the enterprise. Chinese enterprises must learn from the lessons of internationalization and obey the international rules. We can maintain the legitimate interests by the enjoyment of rights in the international organizations and financial institutions. And we also could maintain the legitimate interests by the law of the host country. In highly developed financial market, we can also make use of the new method. the adjustment of the equity structure weaken the influence to the domestic enterprises. We should also actively search for the way to strengthen the association with new and high-tech industry.
