The company want to come out from the fierce competition, the Human resource is one of the most essential facors at the background of more complex economic globalization. The performance management has become an important means of modern enterprise management, also be the core of it. It supply competition superiority for enterprise to win the competition. So it is important to set up a scientific performance management system for enterprise future strategy.This thesis chooses Shan Dong CJ company as the study object. Based on the performance management theory, we use some practical methods such as the important interview, meeting, documentation arrangement and so on. We can understand the company CJ history and leader structure etc, by research of the realistic performance management. And find the shortcoming of it. Based on the strategy of company, we can set suggestion and solutions, and draw in the KPI, combine the department responsibility, the complete performance management can be made.In the first part, the thesis illutrates the necessity, practical and theoretical significance of the performance management practices in Shan Dong CJ company. Then it points out the thought and the methods of the study. The second part severs as the performance management are introduced. The position of the performance management in HR. The third part introduces and summarizes the characteristic and present situation of CJ company. It analyses the mainproblems of the present performance management system. The forth part is based on the necessity and feasibility of the analysis the performance management of company, design the new perfortmance management system again. The fifth part is the conclution and advice about the new perfortmance management system.After the privatization, the traditional research institutions have no prior experience in performance management to rely on. So this thesis adapt the development of the trends of the business business. Accompany with the development of the compangy, we should go to keep close the result of the performance management, and we should do some amends.
