Facing the rapid growth of high-tech enterprises, person is the key of enterprises growth, but also the "bottleneck".Choose and preservation employ, employing and training workers, that is the common problems of human resource prominent. Most of the high-tech enterprises with the leading technology, pay close attention to products development and market, so the management of the enterprise is relatively backward, but not perfect enterprise basic salary, evaluation, training and professional development planning process, the external competitiveness of talent attraction is not high, keep people means little, appear personnel changes frequently, core staffs loss and motivate the staff of a series of problems. All of these questions about how to pay salary incentive employees through, solve the above problem is proposed in this paper, the research purpose.This paper, through studying the typical of high-tech enterprise and its employees-knowledge-based employees, studying of the comprehensive theoretical, put forward the total reward should solve the motivation problems of high-tech enterprise knowledge-based employees. Total reward emphasizes the monetary reward and non-monetary reward, but non-monetary reward in high-tech enterprise knowledge-based staff motivation plays a bigger role. Based on a comprehensive understanding of the salary elements and models, put forward the framework of the total reward model, from "demand theory of knowledge-based employees at the total reward from the basic need" monetary incentives to rise to "work motivation", "personal growth motivation ", "achievement motivation" of the needs of different levels of development process.In specific salary structure design, this paper proposes a salary structure design of broadband, this is compared with high-tech enterprise characteristics and knowledge-worker's salary structure characteristics, Based on the team's performance management and bonus system, this accords with high-tech enterprise teamwork, also many characteristics of high-tech enterprise general methods, The self-service flexible motivation orientation of welfare system construction, satisfy the demand diversity knowledge workers, Long-term a monetary motivation is proposed based on innovation in the benefit sharing and long-term motivation stock options, with high-tech enterprise innovation, and keep stable core team members. In the non-monetary reward motivation, according to this model, the job design, job personal growth and development, the achievement motivation design non-monetary reward motivation in the high-tech enterprises should focus attention and strengthening of motivation, might play a bigger role.
