With the constant deepening of the economic, enterprises need to have the competitive advantage over technology, talent, resource, system etc, in order to survive and develop in the intense competition environment. Talent advantage directly decides whether the enterprise can be in an invincible position in the market competition in the long-term, enterprise human resource quality is determined by the personnel recruitment and selection. Therefore, the recruitment in the enterprise human resource management occupies the first position and become the human resources department daily management of the routine work. The resulting cost also becomes the enterprise necessary expenses. Most enterprises exist some common problems:the lack of planning, professional differentiation, recruitment requirements is unscientific. Many enterprises to recruitment management cost have no complete concept, as the loss of key personnel did not cause enough attention, enterprises pay attention to the recruitment efficiency gradually.First of all, this paper expounds the recruitment of the general theory included the concept of recruitment, significance, the general process of recruitment, choice of channels and personnel selection methods and so on, focuses on the current mainstream recruitment model of recruitment channels and frontier interview evaluation methods. Secondly, the paper uses Mindray company as the research object, diagnoses the present situation of its recruitment model. The paper analyses the recruitment problems in domestic marketing system of Mindray company, aiming at improving and optimizing these problems, and evaluating the implementation effect of the optimization model. Thus can improve the recruitment efficiency and employment management level of Mindray company, so that the company’s recruitment management can meet the company’s development strategy, to escort for the development of the company.
