This article elaborated the importance and the necessity of establishment the effective recruitment model in enterprises through analyzing the importance of recruitment and the proposed background of effective recruitment. Then it took the effective recruitment model as the object of research, analyzed the meaning of effective recruitment model as well as the correlative theory about effective recruitment. Furthermore it gave a systemic elaboration of how to establish the effective recruitment and how to evaluate the validity from four latitudes: the direct cost, the venture capital, profit directly, the indirect income. Finally this article took Wuhan J Corporation as an example, deeply analyzed the necessity of the effective recruitment evaluation as well as the problems of four latitudes. Then it gave the plan about how to optimize the recruitment model in J Corporation.The concept of effective recruitment and effective recruitment is relative, a recruitment methods which is effective now may will became ineffective in future. the establishment of an effective recruitment model needs a long-term dynamic process, we must establish a scientific and rational person-use values, and in the recruitment process always follow the principle of person-position matching .According to the quality of different individuals, choose the appropriate channels for the recruitment and selection methods, in order to recruit the most appropriate person for the position. And treat recruitment assessment conscientiously every time ,then improve recruitment model and establish a dynamic and effective recruitment model.
