Work is very important in people’s lives. Whether we are happy in the work or not can affect the qualities of our work and life directly. After the pulishment of the book ’fish’, the culture of fun at work becomed more and more popular. The fun at work has also gained more and more attentions in theory and practice fields.Recently, researchers have tried to study the fun at work from different perspectives. The relationship between the fun at work and the job satisfaction has been one of the major fields of the research of fun at work over the years, as well as the fun at work and the organizational citizenship behavior. However, there are very few domestic literatures about the fun at work. Most of the research of the fun at work are conducted in the environment of foreign enterprises, which may not fit the situation in China very well. Therefore, the research of the fun at work conducted in the environment of Chinese enterprises is very important and necessarily. Based on the review and summary of many literatures, this paper conducted an empirical research related to the relationships between the fun at work and the job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in the enviroment of Chinese enterprises.Based on the review of many literatures, the impact model which can reflect the influence of the fun at work on the job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior was developed. The questionnaire was designed based on the scales referred in the foreign literatures. The SPSS17.0was used in this paper to complete the project analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability and validity analysis. The AMOS7.0was also used then to validate and revise the theoretical mode.The following conclusions were summarized:(1) The fun at work has a significant positive effect on the job satisfaction;(2) The fun at work has a significant positive prediction effect on the organizational citizenship behavior;(3)The job satisfaction plays an intermediary role when the fun at work is affecting the organization citizenship behavior.It is concluded that the fun at work has a positive effect on the job satisfaction and the organizational citizenship behavior. This is consistent with the findings of the foreign researches. The more fun at work, the higher job satisfaction from employees is, as well as the organizational citizenship behavior from employees. Therefore, the enterprises should pay more attention to cultivate the fun at work and establish a happy work environment to make employees feel happy and relaxed. The job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior can be improved subsequently. The job performance will also be improved and more profits will be created ultimately, Therefore, This paper can play a guiding role for enterprises.
