With China’s rapid economic development, the rapid expansion of urbanization,the contradictions of urban construction and land resources has become increasinglyprominent, the Chinese people is much less tension in arable land, our land use isrelatively extensive, so the process of building in the town intensive land use isparticularly important.Small town is the transition zone of the urban and rural areas, is to undertake thespillover of urban functions of the reservoir, small towns, intensive use of land caneffectively alleviate the problem of urban land pressure and environmentaldegradation, and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economies.Has obvious economic, social and ecological effects of the intensive use of land, itcan not only optimize land use structure, improve land utilization and land output rateof the small towns, but also improve the ecological environment, thereby enhancingthe competitiveness of the entire city, to promote land sustainable use of resources,socio-economic sustainable development.
