"No food will be chaos," the food problem is the fundamental problem of thepeople’s livelihood, food security is a security system throughout the country andregional basis. The core meaning of food security should be to ensure the effectivesupply of food, while the effective supply of food grain production is the core of theproblem. Farmland is the inevitable trend of economic development, urbanization, industrialization will speed up the process of the scarcity of arable land was originallypart of the irreversible flow of non-agricultural use and thus affect our foodproduction and threaten food security. Mangshi as the mountains southwest of ethnicminorities, mainly high-quality arable land largely concentrated in the dam area, anddam is also an important focus area of construction land, Mangshi Every year due tothe occupation of a large number of hyper-urban and rural land. As an important linkbetween South Asia and Southeast Asia, the study of non-agricultural land Mansrelationship to food production, especially in non-agricultural production and foodsecurity of the relationship between this is urgent and necessity. The process of non-agricultural land is the land use structure of the realdynamics of the process, is to make such a scarcity of resources, loss of arablefarming nature of the original lower marginal benefit from the use patterns into ahigher marginal benefit of non-agricultural construction land use patterns. Affectingfood production and food security is a major factor in the amount of arable land (thatarea), quality (reflected in the final yields of arable land) and utilization (such as theproportion of grain sowing, etc.). Non-agricultural land for food production have arole in promoting non-agricultural but is also one of the factors affecting foodproduction, it will cause decrease in the number of cultivated land, over-exploitationof the stock of arable land, arable land contamination and adverse crushing and somany impact. In order to reveal the characterization of non-agricultural land for foodsecurity, this paper has put forward quantitative indicator for measuring the impact offarmland’ non-agriculturalization on food security, that called “Impact degree offarmland’ non-agriculturalization on food security”,and explored and established itssimple, practical, scientific calculation method.Concern for the food security, people looking for the future. In this paper, different models to simulate the five key indicators of food production and security (non-agricultural occupation of the total arable land, grain sowing the proportion ofarable grain yields, the region’s total population size and per capita demand for food)to predict. Forecast the occupation of Conversion of arable land, the model predictionmethod, the actual needs of law and binding targets control the results of the threemethods are compared, and ultimately determine Mans the next10years (2011-2020)predict the number of1166.00hectares of agricultural occupation of cultivated land. The results of the simulation and prediction of a linear regression equation, theremaining four kinds of indicators were: per capita demand for food remains in thecase of the initial well-off lower limit standard arable annual grain yield of4677.97kg, grain sowing ratio of54.90percent, the region’s total445159population, theconversion in the next10years, the cumulative impact on food security of up to0.18%. Compared to the average impact for Some0.16percent of the current state ofConversion is still unable to meet the400kg per capita food supply, the grimsituation has once again issued a warning to the people: Control the excessiveconversion of farmland to ensure regional food security is desperately needed.
