A Research On The Development Model Of Northern Shaanxi Energy And Chemical Industry Cluster

At first, in this paper, the theory of industrial economics and regional economics as a research base, the article analysis the energy and chemical industry cluster of Northern Shaanxi development on status,advantages, and constraints in-depthly. Secondly, from the four aspects of environment, government, market and cluster networks, it analysis and proof the choice factors of the northern model of energy and chemical industry cluster.On this basis, on the one hand, according to the logical framework of AHP,it construct quantitative matrix to measure the four factors that affects the relative importance of weight on the energy and chemical industry cluster in Northern development model choice, to analysis impact of various factors on quantitative of the weight. On the other hand, for the four development model of industrial clusters, it combined the actual situation of energy and chemical industry cluster in Northern Shaanxi, to make qualitative analysis that the feasibility of each industry cluster model of select research. Combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, it select five main factors as a benchmark and construct a hierarchical structure of the cluster model, to analysis the four industrial clusters of the development model for comparative. Combination the weight of various factors about the Northern Shaanxi Energy and Chemical Industry Development Mode, it calculate the total score of each cluster development model. According to their score,it select the type of cluster model of spatial aggregation as energy and chemical industry cluster of the Northern development model. At last, the article, put forward relevant suggestions for Energy and chemical industry cluster of the Northern development model.
