On The Suggestion And Steategy Of Intellectual Property In Industry-university Research Cooperation Of China

Take a view of today’s world, scientific and technologicaldevelopment is related to the progress of the whole country. Economicgrowth in the vast majority rely more on technological innovation,however, face troubled me the domestic industry and the scientificcommunity of scientific and technological innovations of the conversionrate is not high in this problem, research cooperation has become aneffective integrated resource advantage ways. Its core is the mastery anduse of intellectual property capabilities. However, in the process ofpromoting the development of research cooperation, intellectual propertystrategy is the driving force of motivation and innovation, thedevelopment of enterprises should be largely dependent on the innovationcapability. In this paper, research, historical investigation, technology andinnovation, will research the process of cooperation, and intellectualproperty strategy in the process of cooperative and the promotion ofrelations to be explored. Consists of three parts: from the research cooperation and intellectual property strategy to begin to clarify thecontent of the research cooperation and intellectual property strategy,focusing in-depth analysis of the problems of the parties to theintellectual property system in China’s cooperative thereby and theanalysis of the corresponding countermeasures. Will continue to enhancethe awareness of IPR protection and measures to improve the depth andefficiency of the cooperative, in order to further promote economicdevelopment.
