| Electric large-cstomers are not only the main electricity buyers but also the main profit source for power supply enterprise, how to deal with the relationship between the large customers and power supply enterprise is the important topics that the power supply enterprise face. Among the customers in Jiangmen power supply bureau, the large customers’purchasing power is more than70%of the total power, therefore the large customer marketing project management are particularly important. However, lagre customer marketing project management system is lack of corresponding theoretical study and practice accumulation, project management thoughts is not in the position, and the anticipated goal is not achieved, this paper will research on the system optimization. the status and problems of marketing project management system optimization of large customer in Jiangmen power supply bureau were analyzed, the project management system was optimized and the security measures about the implementation of the management system were put forword.The innovation of this paper lies in three aspects. Firstly, the SWOT method was used firstly to analyze the current lagrge customer marketing environment, the existing eight problems of the system of were analyzed, and the causes of the problem were explained. Secondly, the system optimization goal and principle were formulated, the shortcomings of the current project organization structure were analyzed, the optimum organization structure was constructed, the responsibility of the position was explicited, the key business process of the system was designed, the project evaluation issue in the system was put forward, AHP method was adopted to construct lagre customer marketing project evaluation indicator system of Jiangmen power supply bureau, and the evaluating steps was given, the evaluation results were analyzed. Thirdly, the security measures about the implementation of marketing project management system optimization scheme of large customer in Jiangmen power supply bureau were proposed.The study provides scientific and reasonable methods and strategies for large customer marketing project managers and decision makers, and has the reference and guidance significance for Jiangmen power supply bureau’s future development and market share boost. |
