In the multi-project management, the project structure is complex, demanding optimal allocation of resources, and multi-project risks are more difficult to predict. For the large multi-project risk factors, how to accurately identify these risk factors is more necessary basis for project risk management. Another important aspect of risk for the project is a multi-pass nature, and in the delivery process will change, loss or expansion of a risk situation. In a multi-project risk management, because structure is more complex, making the impact with increased risk transmission. Therefore, in multi-project risk management, in order to accurately predict the risk of multiple projects, affect the risk transmission must be taken into account. In this paper, multi-project risk factors are analyzed, the risk transmission of multi-item indicators are divided into two categories, one is based on multi-project nature of the nature of the various risk factors to the division, and the other is based on the cyclical nature of many items classified. In by nature, in turn divided into multi-project risk:a common external environmental risk, the correlation between project risk, the risk within a single project, a total of11categories of risk indicators. Second, the risk of transmission of multi-project broken down into vertical and horizontal transmission, the risk transfer process, taking into account the gain in the case of damage, and the establishment of a multi-project vertical, horizontal, integrated delivery model. To be more specific evaluation of each project node to multi-project management in the whole role of the size, the paper has also established a multi-node project risk assessment model. Finally, by case analysis verified the risk of transmission of the multi-project construction validity and accuracy of the model.
