Contemporary corporations have stepped into the age when knowledge-based economy is developing at a fast speed, and the worldwide economy is becoming more and more integrated while techniques are of a wider usage in the intensive market, which greatly intensified huge competition among different corporations. At the same time, the competition of human resource is becoming outweighing capital, technique and other hardware both in and out of a corporate and human resource is the core resource that corporates need. So, efficient management of knowledge workers is becoming more and more important for a company’s continuous development and existence in such an intensively competitive market. On the other hand, salary management is one of the core contents of human resource management problems.A suitable and systematic salary system of knowledge workers can allow knowledge workers to work more positively and enthusiastically, so as to produce great profit for the company. This paper sample a typical company as the research case, and then base on theories such as human resource theory, knowledge capital theory and simulative theories to analyze problems and reasons of the knowledge workers salary system in the company. Based on the above work, we design a more suitable and systematic knowledge workers salary system for the company.DH Company is typically a real-estate company, which has owned a great number of honors with related to its outstanding performance. This paper firstly used questionnaire survey to get some data and resources for the next periodical research. Based on those resources, we deeply analyzed problems that the knowledge workers salary system has, and found reasons why those problems have deterring the knowledge workers’ enthusiastic during their daily worktime. After that step, we design a new salary system for DH Company’s knowledge workers and evaluate its performance among knowledge workers within the DH Company. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the new knowledge workers salary system, we found the new salary system is greatly suitable for the DH Company, and greatly enhance knowledge workers’ enthusiastic and work produce, which greatly in turn increase the company’s profit and performance.Practically, this paper developed a more scientific and suitable strategic for knowledge-workers salary system’s modification in DH real estate company. And on the other hand, this study also give some suggestions for those companies which has similar problems in their knowledge-workers salary system how to make a more effective body.
