The Research Of Interests Coordination Between Kunming Mt.Jiaozi Development And Community Residents

Kunming Mt.Jiaozi Tourism Development Area was established on August17,2010, under the jurisdiction of the nine villages and towns of northern Kunming original Dongchuan, Luquan, Xundian, and every village or town farthest from each of the central city. Located in remote areas, where economic development lags behind. But because of a good ecological environment, in particular National Nature Reserve Mt.Jiaozi and so on key natural resources, the development of tourism, to promote the local economy, improve people’s livelihood has become Mt.Jiaozi Tourism Development Area first goal. However, the tourism industry is a matter of wide, comprehensive and strong industry, and there is a strong correlation with many other industries. Tourism development related to the location of the local government, tourism development, enterprise, development of community residents all have different goals and interest demands. Especially for the newly established Development Zone, the concept of obsolescence, imperfect methods of the various goals and interest demands but also has a huge conflict and contrast. With the continuous progress of tourism development, conflict has become constraints from the impact of the development progress of the development activity, the territorial government can not effectively promote the development of tourism economy, development companies do not get the expected input-output ratio, community residents because they can not actually involved in tourism development without access to the improvement of living conditions. Therefore, the analysis of the demands of the interests of all parties, to explore the reason of conflict of interest, the final form of conflict resolution methods in order to balance the interests of all parties in order to achieve the Tourism Development Mt.Jiaozi health, sustained and rapid development.Based on this, this paper through the combination of theoretical and empirical research methods, integrated use of knowledge management, sociology, tourism and other related disciplines, through the of scenic development process stakeholders conflict of interest, conflict of interest coordination strategy for the area planning and adjustment, livelihood issues, to enhance the development of quality and implementation of government regulation to provide a valid reference.
