Research Of Industrial Structure Upgrading And The Rural Surplus Labor Transfer

Based on large amount of materials and macro statistics in Shandong province, using normative and empirical analysis, the thesis systematically analyses the interactions between industrial restructuring and the transformation of redundant rural labor force. Through the introducing of Econometric model,thesis adopts the method of correlation analysis and regression analysis to test the economic contribution which made by the transformation of redundant rural labor force as well as the effect on transformation from industrial restructuring, analyses deviation of the industrial structure and employment structure, and then make the ultimate policy conclusion.The thesis first summarizes the classical theory of evolution of industrial structure and the interactions between industrial structure and the transformation of redundant rural labor force, simultaneously introduces the main domestic standpoints and research developments, and leads to my own research. Then the thesis theoretically analyze the interactions between industrial structure and the transformation of redundant rural labor force.then thesis describes the current status of industrial restructuring in Shandong province on three aspects, which include three industries, intra-industry and inter-regional industrial structures in Shandong province. Meanwhile describes the condition of transformation of redundant rural labor force in the process of industrial restructuring in Shandong province referring to that of foreign countries.On the basis of analysis, thesis processes these dates and makes empirical research, lists the status of industrial restructuring and the transformation of redundant rural labor force in economical development of Shandong province. Improving the Chenery model so as to test the influence on economical development by transferring redundant labor force in Shandongprovince, to prove the necessity of continue transferring. Empirical tests and analyses the effect on the transformation of redundant rural labor force by industrial restructuring in Shandong province from three industries, intra-industry and inter-regional industrial structures, and finds the reason why industrial and employment structural deviation arise. On the basis of analysis and conclusion, the thesis puts forward some countermeasures in the end.
