On The Impact Of China's Industrial Structure Adjustment On The Transfer Of Rural Surplus Labor

Based on large amount of statistical data, using normative and empirical analysis the thesis analyses the effect of China's industrial restructuring on transfer of surplus rural labor force. Through the description of China's rural surplus labor transfer and introduction of the econometric model, we use correlation and regression analysis to further confirm the effect as well as the impact of the structural bias and then make the ultimate policy conclusions.This paper first summarizes the classical theory of evolution of the industrial structure of rural surplus labor so as to make a basis for the following analysis. Meanwhile introduces the domestic research developments and leads to my own research. On the basis of theoretical analysis, we further analyze the interaction of industrial restructuring and transfer of rural surplus labor. The progress in the transfer of surplus rural labor to bring positive effects will have a negative impact- structural unemployment and raise many new requirements to meet the industrial conversion. The article lists the status of China's industrial structure adjustment from the main parts industries, intra-industry and inter-regional industrial structures. And then describes the adjustment of China's surplus rural labor employment in industrial restructuring referring to that of foreign countries. On the basis of analysis, we confirms the effect of China's industrial restructuring on transfer of surplus rural labor force from industries, intra-industry and inter-regional industrial structures and the result is different structural deviation. We also make some qualitative analysis for the reasons. As we all know, surplus rural laborers need to transfer. But how to transfer is a question. The thesis discusses this point on the view of the above problems and provides some countermeasures in the end.
