In today’s society, the intense market competition and the international trend to promote enterprise in the internal quality management further breakthrough and innovation, and constantly improve the internal quality control management, to adapt to the changing external environment. Face the market to allocate and manufacturing industry redefine, manufacturing process reengineering, making cultural reconstruction, requires us to rethink the enterprise quality management method.The authors of the quality management system quality control methods of the related theories, summary, summarized the theory of quality management development process and the current situation, this paper applies the determined on the mode of quality control and related theory. Application of system analysis, process optimization and theoretical tools from the organizational structure, functions and processes of three aspects of J motor company quality management system. Found that the company’s quality management there are:(1) the early development of the product defective rate is high;(2) the reproducibility of high quality problems;(3) when batch production process improvement, a long time, the high cost of. Investigate its are deep administrative levels reason is:(1) the early stage of product development is structure design flaws, not very good reference to the existing manufacturing technology;(2) lack of advanced products processing arrangement of flexible production management philosophy. These reasons lead to the development of new products, product quality to improve repeat old road, resulting in quality improvement in long time and high cost, the final is maintained at a level around.This thesis explores the lean production mode of business operation, systematic analysis of the J motor companies in the promotion and application of new products and quality management, design of J company’s new product quality control procedure improvement framework. From the product development process, structure determination, process design, management system of comprehensive security mechanism four aspects of planning the implementation of improvement program content and steps. Focus on new product design, process design and flexible production to develop three improvement measures. The company designs products early development of normative flow sheet, process schedule, quality application status table, a flow of production design, quality control strategy and improvement activities plan.In order to ensure smooth implementation of the new scheme and improvement effect, this paper from the product development of organization structure, process flow, the goal management system and staff training from four aspects such as further study of the improved scheme of safeguard measures.This thesis not only to improve the J motor company’s new products quality management and improve the level of quality and performance have an important role in promoting, but also for the same type of manufacturing enterprises have a promotion and draw lessons from a meaning. J company’s new product quality improvement and lean production management theory, improve the manufacturing of precise management level. At present, many domestic motor industry, many small and medium enterprises, low product quality, in the industry to promote transformation based on flow field improvement of lean production to improve the motor industry quality level and production efficiency is of great significance.
