| Because of the broad prospects and benefit in tourism industry in recent years. And there are many problems in traveling scenic area during the development process. Based on the study and referencing of domestic and international research, this essay has developed several main topics. Firstly the essay discusses the concept of interest related parties in tourism and several major stakeholders of interest involved in the development of tourist attraction, after which various classifications of those stakeholders are analyzed, results in the proposal of four core interest bodies:local government, developers, local residents and tourists. After the classification, the essay makes further analysis and explanations of the four bodies, involving the advantages and disadvantages of each body, their demands of interests and areas of responsibility. Using traditional streets of Gao Chun as case study and combining several models of game theory, the essay studies the conflicts between each body, reveals the origins of conflicts and how they have developed. Lastly the essay proposes solutions regarding the softening and eliminating of conflicts, which involve consolidating the tourist resources, developing sound communication platform, improving benefits distributing channels and compensation mechanisms, and enhancing third party supervision, in which way the four major bodies could achieve the goal of co-operations and win-win with maximum mutual benefits and minimum time consumption. By writing this report, a further enrichment is achieved in the content of geography of tourism as well as sociology of tourism. Meanwhile, it contributes to the local research database of definitions, relationships and game and win-wins among stakeholders in the tourism development process. In addition, the study provides theoretical basis for preparing and planning during tourism development process, as well as establishment and perfection of mechanisms for tourism stakeholders" participations and achieving co-operations and win-win among stakeholders and sustainable development of scenic areas. Furthermore, the study facilitates the improvements in protection and development consciousness of stakeholders and building up positive images of tourism scenes, while helping in provision of high standards and high quality tourism products and services for tourists. The report thus has certain significance in inspiring the theoretical researchers as well as government departments, scenic area planning and designing departments and tourism development and management departments. |
