Study On The Intensive Use Of Construction Land In Xinbei District Of Changzhou Based On Urban-Rural Harmonious Development

Urban-rural Harmonious development is an important measure to changing the urban-rural dual structure and solving the three dimensional rural issues, also is China’s inevitable choice in order to keeping economic and social sustainable development. Land is natural resources and material basis essential for human survival and development, with the rapid progress of economic urbanization, land is the most important scarce resources, especially the construction Land for will directly affect China’s rapid economic healthy development. How to achieve construction land intensive use based on Urban-rural harmonious development is particularly important. This paper based on Urban-rural harmonious development, make a deeply analysis on construction land, construct indicators system of intensive use of land for urban and rural, then analysis the intensive use of construction land in Xinbei district of Changzhou, and proposed many recommendations.This Paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction of this paper, first introduced the topics of the background and significance, then the current intensive use of land for urban and rural construction related research are reviewed. And on this basis, describes the purpose of this study, content and research methods, technical routes.The second chapter is the context of construction land intensive use based on Urban-rural harmonious development and the theory. This chapter begins analysis the Urban-rural harmonious development, and discusses the impact to land resources, then delimited the construction land intensive use. Finally, introduce the theoretical basis of this article.The third chapter focuses on construction land use of study area. First introduced the natural, social situation, and then focuses on the construction land use of Xinbei district. Finally analysis from the overall scale, the scale of urban construction land, rural construction land, and the recent trends in urban and rural construction sites, etc.The fourth chapter analysis intensive use of the construction land level of Xinbei. First, according to status of the study area, established indicator system for intensive use: then, from population growth and economic development analyzed the intensive use trend of construction land; Finally, make a quantitative analysis, based on relevant indicators and the actual situation.The fifth chapter main analysis the intensive use potential of urban and rural construction land, both in number and space, and forecasting the short-term intensive use of land potential and long-term potential.The sixth chapter is a summary of this article. Based on analysis of the previous text, summed up the constraints of construction land intensive use, at last proposed some suggestions.
