A Study On Differentiated Supply Of The Industrial Land In Xinbei District,Changzhou

With the rapid advancement of China's industrialization process,the efficient use of industrial land has caused all-round discussion and reflection at all levels of the land.As an industrial advantage development area of Changzhou,in the trend of high quality development,Xinbei District has faced many development bottlenecks,such as insufficient planning space,difficulty in redevelopment of low-efficiency land,and low yield per mu.Therefore,exploring the differentiated supply of industrial land,breaking the inefficient supply of industrial land,and improving the efficiency of industrial land use are the key to cracking down on the deep contradiction in the development of Xinbei District.First of all,the research sorts out the policy origins,sorts out domestic and foreign academic literature such as industrial land performance theory,new public management theory,new public service theory,etc.,grasps the knowledge in the academic sense,and then integrates from concepts and theories Arguments related to this study.Secondly,the research takes the Xinbei District of Changzhou as the research area,adopts literature research,survey analysis,in-depth interviews and other methods to analyze the main problems of the differentiated supply of industrial land from the aspects of utilization,imbalance problems,and institutional mechanisms.Based on constraints such as institutional barriers and invisible obstacles in the differentiated supply of industrial land,combined with interview records of nine land department managers in typical cities in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta,from the perspective of entry threshold,price revision,open government affairs,regulatory mechanism,etc Suggestions for improving the differentiated supply of industrial land in Xinbei District,Changzhou City.Thirdly,from the perspective of public management,the concluding remarks on the design concept of industrial land differential supply,empirical analysis of the industrial supply of new land in Xinbei District,can effectively break the invalid supply of industrial land,improve the efficiency of industrial land use.Relying on this research,I hope to build a set of policy mechanisms in the future that are more suitable for the high-quality development of the industrial economy and social enterprise harmony and stability in Xinbei District.The paper has 6 figures,17 tables,70 references.
