Methodology Research Of Telecommunication Consulting And Design Enterprise Assembly Line Collaborative Production

Along with telecommunications technology advances and changes in market demand, revolution of telecommunication industry chain gradually accelerated. As the rapid development of the telecommunication enterprises and telecommunication consulting and design enterprises, Various challenges it faces increasingly apparent, the pressure of market competition, product pricing and design deadline requirements are increased. In order to reduce production cost and enhance production efficiency, the trend of introducing large scale assembly line is essential, which is the most important fundamental theory proposed by China Mobile: centralization, standardization and informationization. Traditionally, large scale assembly line is well spread in manufacture industry; however, there are some different features between telecommunication design industry and general service industry. This essay initially proposed a collaborative production method of large scale assembly line which suits telecommunication enterprise, based on the assembly line production methodology, the method was verified by building two information systems. By given destination and principals, the achievements of centralization, standardization and informationization based assembly line theory, the scheme of assembly line structures, procedures, key problems were described in details. Finally, the application of assembly line production in telecommunication consultant and design area was summarized.
