There are many problems at the enterprise site,such as the clutter of the equipment,including the unreasonable indication signs,the neat and tidy working environment,the lack of efficiency of the operators,and the weak awareness of safety.It naturally becomes the goal of a lean manager to change the bad situation and improve the status of enterprise site management,take security,quality,and efficiency as the goals of the entire enterprise management.In order to improve the management level of Beijing Embraco Compressor Company Ltd.production and assembly line,the theory of 5S management,3M method,and assembly line balance were applied to design and implement a lean production management program.With the World Class Manufacturing project was introduced by Beijing Embraco Compressor Company Ltd,the advanced production management theory such as 5S management concept,3M method,and assembly line balance was effectively introduced into the daily production management of the assembly plant.When Beijing Embraco Compressor Company Ltd.Carried out WCM(world-class manufacturing)projects,advanced production management theories such as 5S management concepts,3M methods,and assembly line balancing were effectively introduced into the daily production management of the assembly plant,through compression.The analysis of the crux of the machine assembly production system,the status of the production floor management,and the site management process,as well as the success of the integration of the Brazilian Embraco Compressor Company Ltd.assembly line and the compressor assembly line of Embraco Compressor Company Ltd.in Mexico.Drawing on and combining existing conditions and continuously innovatingmanagement ideas,a management strategy for compressor assembly production lines based on 5S site management and 3M method concepts was formulated.The specific operation was to implement 5S site management first in the entire assembly line,before and after statistical optimization in each phase of 5S.Beats,processes,and materials,etc.Followed by the implementation of 3M management theory.In the MURI stage,the main process is to eliminate the heavy links.In the MURA stage,the difference between groups is eliminated.In the MUDA stage,the optimization of the gold area and elimination of waste activities are performed.Finally,the simulated annealing algorithm is used to verify the entire balance of the assembly line in the subsequent stage.To improve the management of the entire assembly line.Through the combination of 5S and 3M's lean production management solution,the goal of the initial plan implementation was finally achieved,the efficiency was improved,the environment was optimized,the tempo was reduced,and the quality of personnel was also improved.
