Non-standard equipment is an important part of the equipment manufacturing industry,which plays an irreplaceable role in the high-end industry.As non-standard equipment,its technical specifications and technical requirements are based on customer needs,so the existing international standards or national standards are not consistent always.As non-standard equipment does not apply to existing industry standards,so the production phase are different with the standard equipment.Standard machines can be produced in large quantities,rather than no-standard machine can only be customized small batch production,so the production costs,quality must be scientific management.Non-standard machine design is just one time design,there is no sample trial,or the number of samples available for trial less.So it's well worth to enhance the project quality management in the no-standard machine development process.First of all,this paper studies the domestic and foreign literature,summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on the quality management and non-standard parts quality management information,clarify the research ideas and research process.From the whole process of quality management process,a profound analysis of the conceptual stage,design stage,production stage,assembly debugging,maintenance and other stages of the quality management of the content and specific requirements.This paper takes SF company no-standard machine prooject quality management as the research target,its deeply analyzes the main problem of company project quality managemtn work:(1)lack the quality management expert development process;(2)defects of the NOK parts control process;(3)exceed project cost;(4)total people involvements consciousness missing;(5)no systematic or scientific project quality management analyze indicator system.These problems already became the big barrier for the company project quality development,need quick solutions.Due to this reason,this paper evaluate the performance of SF non standard equipment project quality management system by fuzzy evaluation method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,established the project quality management evaluation system of SF company,divide it to quality management process operation situation,quality management effective,customer satisfaction,employee and organization control effectiveness,and set up 5 secondary level indicator for these aspects.Set up 15 third level indicators for process operation cycle,information transfer,reduction of manufacturing cost,reduce the management cost,effectiveness of quality control,machine quality,customer service,employee's qualification and training,organization setting rationality.With the quantitative analysis of the above indicators,get the performance of SF company no-standard machine project quality management system,which valid the problems which already found by the former investigation,als give the direction for the future continous improvement.At the last,the paper give the solution for the SF company project quality management problems:(1)improve the human resource system and set up the expert development process;(2)set up the process for NOK parts control;(3)control project cost;(4)optimize company regulations&process;(5)set up customer service system.Wish to improve the SF company project quality management work with above 5 solutions.At last,hope this research can help the SF company project quality management work,also can give some hints to the related simliar company for quality improvement.
