With the development of the Internet worldwide, we have access to the information society, the Internet is used as a tool, the efficiency of the communicating and information have changed greatly. The Internet has promoted the market’s transaction efficiency and has provided the way of trading. Along with the development of the Internet,the network marketing has been convenient, quick, efficient, it has meeted the customers’needs and produced a fierce impact o n the traditional marketing way.The network marketing is a revolution to the traditional commodities trading, fully embodies the scientific development and technology revolution achievement of the powerful radiation, and then more and more enterprises enter the new field to compet.Therefore, more and more enterprises to get in the "blue ocean", they were using the network marketing to develop themself. The value of commodities realization needs through the transaction, the network marketing as a new way to trade, we first need to complete the confirmation, and sign of "finish" is that the commodity has been served to customers and make then satisfactory, this is the last part of the logistics distribution. Customers were shopping by network because they can get quality of goods distribution services, but distribution is the key to complete commodities trading, network marketing is different from the traditional way, new trade links, which should gradually perfect, the current thus became the bottleneck of restricting the network marketing development. Thus, in the new environment of network marketing, network marketing for enterprises in our country the logistics distribution problems are particularly important. This paper is based on this background, in the retrieval based on a vast amount of literature, reference some scholars point of view, and based on practical experience, using the quantitative and qualitative research method.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction,it is the full text of the summary analysis, this paper introduces the research background, this paper expounds some foreign and domestic research of viewpoint, summarized the research idea and method, and it explains the purpose and significance of the study, and the full text frame briefly analysis; The second part is the network marketing and the logistics distribution network marketing, network marketing and network logistics and distribution of the paper expounds the basic theory, this paper analyzes the network marketing for the logistics distribution network marketing is the important significance, also it points out that the logistics distribution has become the bottleneck of network marketing activity development; The third part is our country enterprise’ network marketing of logistics distribution situation, it analyzes the current of’our country business enterprise of the main logistics distribution mode, and the logistics distribution network is existing in the process of the various management, marketing, etc; The fourth part of the logistics distribution system for network optimization countermeasures, from logistics system reform, strengthen the internal control, training of professional talent, optimize the third party logistics distribution system, various marketing measures on it in five aspects in detail.we hope we can make the net marketing to develop.
