Study On Gradient Supply And Consumption For Indemnificatory Housing On The Coordinating Urban And Rural Background In Chengdu

In recent years, indemnificatory housing construction is the construction of an important service government content. During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" times, the state will further increase the intensity of housing construction, for the end of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", the housing difficulties of urban low-income families will have been basically solved and also middle-income families in housing conditions be improved. Housing problem is the major problems of the livelihood, this paper studies gradient supply and consumption for indemnificatory housing of Chengdu under the context of urban and rural co-ordination, which has important theoretical and practical significance for the guidance of Chengdu and the country housing security practice.In this paper, we discuss Chengdu indemnificatory housing system itself and its housing problems encountered in actual operation, combined with the background of urban and rural co-ordination of Chengdu. what’s more, we focus on the use of gradient theory to indemnificatory housing in Chengdu’s construction of gradient supply and consumption.The second chapter first reviews the theory of housing. Indemnificatory housing and co-ordination urban and rural development concepts were explained and gradient consumer theory, theory of service-oriented government, social welfare theory were presented, The four theory is good to further demonstrate the of building the gradient supply of indemnificatory housing reasonable and effective.The third chapter analysis housing security of Chengdu, including a variety of security policies, implementation of housing security system and it’s effectiveness.Also concludes Five current housing security system:low-rent housing system, indemnificatory housing system, price of commercial housing systems, public rental housing system.The forth chapter discuss the problems of current gradient supply and consumer of indemnificatory housing. Among them, the problems of gradient supply are graded irrational supply structure, fuzzy object gradient supply, gradient exit mechanism is not perfect and so on. Housing security problems of gradient consumption are the lack of gradient consume awareness, the residents do not have high spending power of the gradient housing consumption, the gradient consumption mechanism is not perfect.The fifth chapter raises a reasonable supply and consumer advice on indemnificatory housing, according to the supply of indemnificatory housing and consumer problems in gradient, combined with the actual situation in Chengdu, includes the establishment of a reasonable gradient supply system and a reasonable gradient consumption system.
