With the advance of science and technology, the improvement of people’s living standard, the experience has become an inevitable trend in Consumption. Travel is experience in foreign land which means people leave their familiar environment and go to different places and stay there for certain specific purpose. Visitors are available to get access to tangible tourist facilities and intangible tourism services from it, or several souvenirs. More importantly, visitors must visit the scenery spot in person, and participate in various recreational activities personally, thus they can keep impression, feeling and experience and spread them. Therefore, the final product they bought is an experience,a feeling and an activity which can leave a good impression for tourists.Yunnan is the province with the largest number of ethnic minorities, there are distinctive folk culture among them. As an intangible cultural resources, the value of folklore has become increasingly prominent, especially in Yunnan, Folk culture has become one of the most attractive mysterious tourism resources.moreover, it is the common focus of domestic and foreign tourists.Based on the review and summary of the literature.this thesis stands on the relevant theory of tourist experience and folk tourism products.mainly discusses the development of experience-based folk tourism product in Yunnan from the perspective of the visitors. In this study, the Likert5-scale questionnaire was used to design for non-local tourists, on the basis of processing raw data processing, the author mainly use descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, Chi-square test and other methods of sample data for quantitative research by SPSS software, then come to the visitors’experience effect and the overall assessment of Yunnan folk tourism products. The results showed that the degree of tourists’perceptions, understanding, participation, depth" had a certain positive correlation to satisfaction and revisit rate, in addition, different types of tourists show differences in the evaluation of tourism experiences. At last, Based on the quantitative analysis, some advices were put forward, including strengthening visitors’perception on Yunnan folk tourism products, deepening the visitors’understanding of Yunnan folk tourism products; focusing on tourists’participation in Yunnan folk tourism products; improving visitors’experience, satisfaction, revisit rate of Yunnan folk tourism products and so on.The main contribution of this study as followed, do research and understand the feeling and experience to Yunnan folk tourism products through empirical study, thus effectively improving the deficiencies in development and management of existing products, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to results of the survey analysis, Providing scientific basis for the development and design of experience-based folk tourism product,and offering a reference for the research in tourist experience and development of folk tourism products in minority regions.
