Study On Land Productivity Potential Of Huanan County Based On GIS

China was a much less per capita land, especially arable land per capita was the lack of human contradiction between the more prominent countries. At the same time, China was a developing country to achieve industrialization, speed up the urbanization and modernization, economic development, promote the harmonious development of society and protect the ecological environment, scientific and reasonably use of natural resources were very onerous task. How efficiently and reasonably use of natural resources, fully tapping the potential of land, improving land (especially arable land) using efficiency had become the research focus. Land resources was the most basic position in population-resources-environment systems, the sake of human survival and development, coordination of a good man-land relationship, land more precise evaluation of the land productive potential evaluation had come into being. In this study, to analyze and compare of the land productive potential at home and abroad, based on the agricultural productive potential applied to geographic information systems(GIS) and Huanan County’s agricultural spatial database and attribute database, investigating Huanan County townships land productive potential. According to the actual situation of study area,using the "mechanism" by the gradual attenuation of light, temperature, water, soil, analyzed Huanan County townships land productive potential, obtaining the following conclusions:(1) With geographic information systems (GIS) to study the land productive potential, not only effectively and accurately analying and calculating, but also comprehensive and integrated considering various natural resources factors on the influence of the land production potential.(2) In the previous based method of the land production potential, we explored ways and formulas calculating the land production potential, and comprehensive analyed of Huanan County township land productive potential. This work offered scientific basis for Huanan County’s major crops farming arrangements and agricultural production.(3) The soil effective coefficient was decided to study the agricultural yields in the level of the important factors, using the correlation coefficient to examinate the soil efficiency model’s feasibility test, the analysis found that the results of this study was a good correlation with the actual situation, and proved its feasibility. Drawing the improverment of land production potential Huanan County is focus in middle and low field, strengthen agricultural infrastructure construction, promoting the rational distribution; strengthen water works and the dry land irrigation, improving of irrigation and drainage engineering automation and intelligent, building farmland construction drought to irrigation and flood rankded.Judging from the integrated results, the calculated results accorded with the Huanan County overall situation. Therefore, the study had a better role in guiding for reasonably using of Huanan County’s agricultural land and increasing food production in this region, for the Huanan County territory, agriculture, forestry and other government departments to provide a scientific basis during land use planning and regulation, the agricultural structure adjustment and development of grain production, development strategies, ecological environment construction.
