Research On Knowledge Integrating Of The Industry-University-Research Cooperation-Innovation

The form of Industry-University-Research Cooperative (IURC) innovation takes as aneffective combination for application technological innovation system, in which enterprisesplay the leading role, and theoretical innovation system, in which universities and researchinstitutes play the leading role. It is not only benefit to promote integration of scientific andtechnological achievements and market, but also benefit to accelerate transformation scientificand technological achievements into productive forces.The outstanding advantages of IURCinnovation is the integration of resources.AS knowledge is the core resource in knowledgeeconomy era, achieving knowledge integration during the cooperation is an important part totake use of advantages of IURC innovation and to achieve the IURC innovation goal.Therefore, research on knowledge integration of IURC innovation has very importantsignificance both on theoretical and practical.The paper first introduces the connotation，basic elements,targets and characteristics ofknowledge integration of IURC innovation. Secondly, the paper analyzes the integrationprocess of knowledge integration of IURC innovation. And it puts forward mechanism foreach sub-process in the aspect of biology theory, as using system-hierarchy action mechanismto analyze knowledge inventory process, using population-self-regulating mechanism andpopulation-competing mechanism to analyzes knowledge filtering process, usingindividual-adaptation mechanisms to analyze knowledge re-encoding process, usingpopulation-feedback mechanism to analyzes knowledge restructuring process. Thirdly,according to the analysis of IURC innovation’s knowledge integration characteristics, targetsand process, the paper analyzes factors that affect the knowledge integration performance ofIURC Innovation. Fourthly, the paper designs impacting factors questionnaire of IURCinnovation’s knowledge integration performance based on the factors analysis, uses SEM anddata collected by questionnaire to exam validation of Knowledge Integration factorsassumptions and analyzes the empirical result. Finally, the paper puts forward the paths toimprove IURC innovation’s knowledge integration performance base on empirical resultanalysis of the IURC Innovation’s knowledge Integration performance.
