Research On Knowledge Sharing Of The Industry-University-Research Cooperation-Innovation

The Innovation in Industry-University-Research Cooperation-Innovation is an important way to combine national technology and economy, accelerate the national application of the scientific and technological achievements and promote technological progress and economic development. With the scale of Innovation in IURC continued to increase, in the process of innovation in IURC, the importance of knowledge management has been widely recognized and valued, and noteworthy, the knowledge sharing as a critical but difficult aspect of knowledge management, to some extent, determines the effectiveness of knowledge management. Therefore, research in innovation in IURC has high theoretical and practical of high significance.Firstly, this paper made an overview of innovation in IURC about connotative definitions and features. Secondly, based on the idea of CAS (Complex Adaptive Systems theory), from the perspective of system, the knowledge sharing mechanism in innovation in IURC was analyzed. Thirdly, combining with the movement characteristics of subject and object knowledge sharing in innovation in IURC, using Markov chain theory and Schmidt orthogonalization to construct space of knowledge diffusion and combining with influence factors of knowledge sharing in innovation in IURC, this paper analyzed the effects of knowledge sharing. Finally, according to the effects of knowledge sharing, in order to enhance the effects of knowledge sharing in innovation in IURC, this paper improved the realization mechanisms of knowledge sharing in innovation in IURC.
