Research On The Pay Cost Model Of Section Type Enterprise Annuity

Enterprise annuity, the second important pillar of the social endowment insurance system, is widely regarded as the major means to ease the governmental fiscal pressure as well as to cope with the crisis of ageing.Enterprise annuity has been developed fast since the enactment of "the measures for enterprise annuity" in2004.However, failing to adapt an appropriate model of development, enterprise annuity system is experiencing a bottleneck which makes the "pillar" harder to work.Based on the development status of Chinese enterprise annuity and internal and external environment,this paper in detail reviews the development path of current DC enterprise annuity plan and analyzes the current problems within it. This paper then proposes a new idea on how to establish the DB-DC segment enterprise annuity plan, the DB-DC segment enterprise annuity plan. In addition, with an quantitative analysis, this paper proves the necessity and possibility of implementation of DB-DC segment enterprise annuity plan. Finally, from the combination of comparative analysis, system analysis, and actuarial analysis, this paper shows its significance in how to give an effective response to prospective ageing problem, lead a thorough reform and build a multi-layered retirement pension system.
