Research On Interactive Development Between Rural-household Differentiation And Urbanization In China’s Coastal Areas

In China,the coastal areas are pioneers who develop the urbanization and rural-household differentiation when China’s reforming and opening up, their economic and social development have made tremendous achievements. The developing towns drive the development of secondary and tertiary industries, and provide the way out for the rural surplus labor, and promote the differentiation of the rural-household. Then,the development of towns need aggregation of population and labor supply, which rely on rural population transfer and non-farm employment. There are still problems in the coastal areas of urbanization and rural-household differentiation. And these problems affect the development of urbanization and the rural-household complete differentiation. It is a practical significance by using quantitative differentiation and qualitative analysis to find the factors and give some targeted reasonable measures.The article use the qualitative and quantitative analysis to study the urbanization and rural-household differentiation in using a China’s coastal area.And there are six chapters.Chapterl mainly describe the study background, purpose and meaning and briefly tell the dynamics of domestic and international research,the idea and deficiency in the study.Chapter2is a theoretical framework. According to the basic theory of agricultural economics and urban economics,the article establishs the theoretical framework for rural-household differentiation and urbanization.It includs:the meaning,the interaction mechanism for the both.Chapter3describe the history and experience of the United States and Japan in development rural-household differentiation and urbanization and summarize their experiences and practices to promote China’s coastal area.Chapter4describe the historical evolution and current situation of rural-household differentiation and urbanization in China.It includes the development process of China’s rural-household differentiation and urbanization. Then it summarizes the main features and the main factors affecting the rural-household differentiation and urbanization of the coastal areas.Chapter5is the correlation analysis between rural-household differentiation and urbanization in China’s coastal area. First, it establish the indices system of rural-household differentiation and urbanization. Second,it uses SAS to analyze correlation to find how to interactive.Chapter6raises the problem of the coastal areas from the institutional policy and non-agricultural economic development, especially the outstanding problems of the urban and rural coordinated development.Chapter7gives the principles and the general idea on the interactive development between rural-household differentiation and urbanization in China’s coastal area.Then it propose the measures, including the adjustment and improvement of laws and regulations, the reform of household registration system,financial preferential policies, education and social social security social security...
