Macro-control Of Rural-household Differentiation In China's Coastal Areas

It has been more than 20 years since performing the reforming and open police in China's coastal areas. During this period, depending on both predominant geographical situation and favorable economic police, the economic and social situations have been developed fast. However, the reality of agriculture in coastal areas is the prevalent small-scale part time farming, which is not only contrary to the realization of agricultural modernization, but also affecting the farmers'lives and villages'economic in the coastal areas even the whole country. So it is very significative to research on macro-control of rural-household differentiation in China's coastal areas.According to how many part-time farmers in all rural-household and how much agricultural resource the part-time farmers have, I differ the rural-household differentiation by two types. One is the static differentiation and the other is dynamic one. Then I analyze the cause of the static differentiation and post its harm. After that, I set the goals of the macro-control, fix on the principal part and principle, expound the content and establish the measure.The framework of the dissertation is as follows:Chapter One,General Introduction. This chapter firstly presents the research background, the purpose and significance of this dissertation, and then briefly summarizes and evaluates the dynamics of domestic and international research on the study of ideas. Finally, the chapter puts forward the methods and possible innovations.Chapter Two , The status quo and the problems of the rural-household differentiation in China's coastal areas. In this chapter, on the basis of expounding the status quo of the rural-household differentiation in China's coastal areas, I describe the problem in the process of rural-household differentiation and point out the bad aftereffect. Chapter Three, Goals of macro-control of the rural-household differentiation in China's coastal areas. In this chapter, I first describe the process of the rural-household differentiation in a logical and rational way. I analyze the trend of the rural-household differentiation in China's coastal areas in three different points of view, such as agricultural, country and urbanalize. Then I get the conclusion of whole trend. In the end, combining the academic process and the trend in reality, I set the goals of the rural-household differentiation in China's coastal areas.Chapter Four, The principal part and principles of macro-control of the rural-household differentiation in China's coastal areas. In this chapter, I first fix on the principal part of the macro-control, and then on the basis of analyzing the rationality and the localization of it, I point out the five principals.Chapter Five, The contents of macro-control of the rural-household differentiation in China's coastal areas. In this chapter, I describe the contents in three parts on two points of view. At first, I emphasize that the individuals benefit must be protected during the macro-control. The government should take measures to boost the impulse of part-time farmer to quite from the agriculture. Then I make some suggestion to impel the part-time farmer to quite from the farm. In the end, I make some suggestion to impel the agricultural advantage.Chapter Six, The measures of the rural-household differentiation in China's coastal areas. In this chapter, I describe the legal measures, economical measures and administrative measures in macro-control.
