Research On Chengyang Comprehensive Logistics Park Location

As a new logistics set evacuation way, logistics park is product of the logisticsindustry development. Through the industry agglomeration of resources, effectiveintegration and business process optimization, logistics park not only can improve theorganizational level and the logistics industry intensive degree, improve the servicelevel of the logistics industry, but also can promote the regional economicdevelopment, improve the land utilization, reducing traffic, environmental and energypressure play an important role. Scientific logistics park site must be on economicadaptation, unified planning, transportation reasonable principle, and on the basis ofoverall consideration of natural environment, business environment, infrastructurefactors such as the choice of a situation.Based on the scientific research, ChengYang comprehensive logistics park’slocation problem is studied. First of all, on the basis of the location of the logisticspark principle and influence factors are analyzed in detail, the paper summarizes thedomestic and foreign research in present situation and expounds the theory logisticspark, and constructs the location of logistics park decision-making system, anddesigns the location of logistics park process. Secondly, for the research methods, thispaper overcome the problems existing in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of thelocation research, and combine AHP with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. On thebasis of logistics park site selection decision-making system, ChengYang logisticspark location is empirically studied, getting the reasonable research result that JiHongtan to be the logistics park of ChengYang.
