Study On The Rural Social Endowment Insurance System In Zhaoyuan City

The development of rural social old-age pension security system is an importantpart of constructing the harmonious society and the construction of new socialistcountryside. Since the reform and opening-up, China social security system also isdeveloped, however, the current development of rural social security is far away fromthe urban social security, especially the rural social old-age security pension systemdevelopment situation is not optimistic. China’s traditional rural old-age models areself-pension, family pension and endowment of land. With the rural economic systemreform and the deepening of social structural transformation, the rural modes ofproduction lifestyles are changed. Coupled with the profound impact of urban-ruraldual economic structure, the rural social security system construction progress is slow,which has brought great influence to the elderly life and exacerbated the difficultproblem of farmers’ old-age security. At present, China rural old-age security model isstill in family-based old-age social pension, supplemented by the stage. Over the pastdecade, as advancement of China’s rapid industrialization and urbanization, ruralland’s function on social security for farmers is weakening. With agricultural landbeen expropriated, labor mobility, population ageing and other factors a catalyst, therehas been a consensus that it is difficult for rural old-age. IT is facing new challenges.Objectively, it is asked to speed up the rural old-age social security institutionalized. Inthis paper, as one of the new agricultural insurance pilot, Zhaoyuan rural socialold-age security system is studied for research object. There is a systematic expositionof the progress in the city’s rural social old-age security system, also with the issue ofsystem and the countermeasures to improve rural social old-age security system. Thefirst part of this paper describes the research background、significance and the currentdomestic and international research trends of the rural social old-age security system.The related theory and theoretical background of the rural society old-age securitysystem are summarized in the second part. The third part analyzes the development situation and existing problems of the Zhaoyuan countryside society old-age securitysystem. The fourth part discusses the domestic and foreign representative models ofrural social old-age security system and reference on Zhaoyuan rural social old-agesecurity system. Part65puts forward the countermeasures of ZhaoYuan rural societyendowment security system. Part6of this paper summarizes the research and pointsout the existing shortcomings and the further research directions.
