Research On Deepening Collective Forest Right System Reform In Zhaoyuan City

This paper mainly through the national forest right system research andthe concrete implementation in zhaoyuan city, carries out process effectivenessresearch, foreign forestry policies, absorbs learning other domestic scholars research.it put forward the advances in zhaoyuan city after issuing work, supporting thereform should be from forest reform of forest tree cutting management system,improving the efficiency in the use of ecological forests, establishing perfect forestryindustry, science for afforestation plan, increasing on forestry subsidies dynamics, toregulate forestland moving and properly solve the problems left over by history,perfect the aspects of the reform system, really ensure realization of "ecologicalprotection, enrich farmers.
