Endowment insurance is a social insurance system in the most importantpart,to improve the social market economy system,the construction of socialistharmonious society and overall construction of comparatively well-off society tohave very important sense. Along with our country the speed of populationageing, the endowment insurance system reform and improvement of imminent.In2010," social insurance law" promulgate,the Chinese social insurance systemhas entered a new period of the reform and perfection, in this case, it isnecessary to since the founding of new China’s endowment insurance systemundertake combing, clear context and change, and on this basis, the future ofChina’s old-age insurance reform put forward suggestion.This article mainly includes four big aspects. First of all, from the" traditionalsystem", system reform and improve the system of three stage of China’sendowment insurance system changes process. Secondly, introduced thecontemporary Chinese old-age insurance system construction characteristics,including combines social pooling account and individual account, to the economyof public ownership as the main body participation mode," social insurance"collection mode, basic pension security investment mode and economic system to.Third, introduces some overseas pension system construction achievements, theseachievements include Germany and Australia’s" three pillars" of endowmentinsurance system as well as the Chilean pension privatization model, at the sametime analysis of foreign pension insurance system to China draw lessons fromaction. Fourth, use the case study method, analysis of China’s pension insurancesystem existence question and proposes the related countermeasures.
