Research On Collaborative Optimization Of Inter-organizational Resources In Modern Service Industry

In recent years, development of modern service industry has been enlisted a task ofnational strategic value, which is also of great significance in reality. The development ofmodern service industry is not only a measure of converting way of economic developmentbut also a key promotion of economy, which is beneficial to the adjustment of industry,promotion of a more reasonable distribution of resources, and promotion of city quality.In the thesis, the author, referring to relevant theories, discussed and analyzed the mainfactors that have influence on collaborative optimization of resource among organizations ofmodern service industry. And a further discussion was carried out after analysis of methods,modes and effects of resource collaboration among organizations. And on this basis, in thethesis constructed was a mode of collaborative optimization of resources among modernservice organizations. Aiming at the current situation and existing problems of the logisticsindustry of Chengdu City, drawn was a constitution chart of resource collaboration of modernlogistics industry of Chengdu. Finally, the author carried out a qualitative analysis of effectsof collaborative optimization, put forward internal and external supporting systems thatsupport collaborative optimization of logistics resource of Chengdu, so as to link theoreticalstudies to practice, which puts practical value to the thesis. In the thesis the author tries to beinnovative in the following aspects:（1）Clarification of the inner meaning of inter-organizational resource collaboration inmodern service industry, which is a collaboration of resources among different enterprises inmodern service industry. The resources include tangible and intangible resources; to name buta few, strategy, management, technique, culture and market.（2）Cooperative competence in a value chain of an industry is one major influential factorto inter-organizational resource collaboration in modern service industry. If the chemistryamong enterprises from all links of a value chain of an industry is good, it makes sense toimprove cooperative mode and take their collaboration up another level; otherwise,enterprises get to choose a different partner.（3）Three feasible modes of inter-organizational resource collaboration in modern serviceindustry are put forward, which include a contractual strategic alliance, a contractualinformation-sharing platform, and non-contractual exploration of the social capital of anenterprise.
