Research On The Development Of Modern Service Industry From The Perspective Of Collaborative Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

Under the new normal of economic development,The economic structure is continuously upgraded and the driving force of economic growth is more diversified.Modern service industry has gradually become a new growth point of economic development.Under the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,as an important city in the core area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei central section,Langfang focus on promoting the development of modern service industries in order to alleviate pressure of the non capital city.The economic aggregate and level of development has been improved rapidly.However,Langfang's modern service industry faces opportunities for development while it faces the challenge of how to solve the problems of irrational internal structure and poor industrial agglomeration in the process of industrial development.The object of this article is the modern service industry in Langfang.First of all,we studyed the overall development of modern service industry in Langfang,analyzing the industrial structure of modern service industry in Langfang based on shift-share methods.It is concluded that the real estate industry in Langfang has obvious structure and competitive advantage in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and it make outstanding contributions to the development of modern service industry.Transportation,storage and postal industry;information transmission,software and information technology services;finance industry all have a competitive advantage.The scientific research and technical service industry has the advantage of industrial structure.Therefore,the gap between them and the average level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is gradually narrowing.But as for leasing and business services;culture,sports and entertainment industry,the gap between them the average level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is gradually widening,because it's competitive advantage can not make up for the lack of industrial structure.Secondly,the paper studies the existing problems of modern service industry in Langfang,evaluating the competitiveness of modern service industry in 11 cities of Hebei Province based on factor analysis method.It concluded that Langfang ranked second because the basic conditions for the development of modern service industry are excellent,but there is an obvious lack of scientific and technological ability and financial support.Thirdly,according to the research analysis,the main factors influencing the development of modern service industry in Langfang city are as follows:the level of economic development,consumption demand,urbanization level,infrastructure,marketization and the degree of opening to the outside world.Using the grainger causality test,we find that urbanization level and the degree of marketization is the reason of the development of the modern service industry in Langfang city.Then the principal component regression shows that all of the factors have an positive impact on the modern service industry in Langfang.Finally,according to the conclusion,we put forward suggestions to promote the level of modern service industry in Langfang from the perspective of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-hebei.
