Abstract/Summary:
Human capital, the same as physical capital, has a lot of characteristics, such asgrowth, high liquidity and so on. It now plays a more important role for enterprisedevelopment in the era of globalization. However, Chinese enterprises in the currentmanagement practices place more emphasis on the accumulation of physical capital, while the owner of the physical capital is often conflicting with the owner of humancapital in interest. This not only leads to the increase of business risk, having an impacton business performance, but also hinders the development of human capital gainsdistribution theory and other theories. From the perspective of enterprises, this paper, onthe basis of EVA measurement, attempts to find a more appropriate form of corporatehuman capital gains distribution, thereby enabling the owner of physical capital andhuman capital to convergence in the interests, and establish a good partnership betweenthem. This paper consists of six major chapters. The first chapter combs the domestic andforeign literature about human capital income distribution and EVA.The second chapterexpounds the theory of human capital, income distribution, EVA theory and theEVA-based human capital value measurement. The third chapter assigns the status ofChina’s human capital gains from a different perspective, and the necessity of thecombination of EVA and human capital gains distribution. The fourth chapter expoundsthe implementation mechanism of the human capital gains distribution based on EVA,and proposes the mode selection box of human capital gains distribution based on EVA.The fifth chapter adopts the relevant theory and sets a case of YH to an empirical studyfor non-listed companies. The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusion and lists theshortcomings of this study.
