This article is on the basis of the labor force, capital or technology transfer, in viewof basic Spatial Economics, taking into account the labour force at cross-regionaltransfer having a certain migration costs, having a related study on industry transfer inthe process of transferring labor force due to changes in the real wage. The basicarrangement of this article which totally has four chatpers is as follows:Chapter I: the document provided a brief introduction and summary on the researchof industry transfer at home and abroad;Chapter II: briefly reviewed the present situation of China’s economic andindustrial development in2000-2009, and then analyzed the gradient of developmentof China’s31provinces, then on this basis of the analysis discussed the advantagesand disadvantages of industrial transfer between the East and the Central and Westernregion in China;Chapter III: based on the previous text analysis, in view of basic Spatial Economics,using the traditional model of two regions of space, introducing labour migrationcosts variable, transferred to the analysis of the flow of labor and industry, and cameto the basic conclusion;Chapter IV: on the basis of the basic conclusions, gave countermeasures to theCentral and Western region undertaking industry transfer from the eastern part ofChina, and pointed out in the last the shortcomings of this article on this study.This article have used method of literature review, statistical analysis and modelanalysis, and come to the following conclusion: when transport costs high, it wouldhave made labour go back if labour migration costs rise, and would form the coreperiphery structure at this time. When transport costs lower, it would also have madelabour go back if labour migration costs rise, but would form the core periphery orsymmetric structure. When the transport cost lowest, it would cause the labor force tomove to the eastern part if the migration costs rise, and would form the coreperiphery structure at this time.
